I. ORDERING:

Orders:
While we strive to give you everything you need to order on line, we understand that sometimes you need just a bit more info. Our customer support team is standing by 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday EST. Just call 860-673-0396. Any calls after 4:00 pm or on the weekends will be answered promptly the next business morning.

Internet Orders:
You’re already here! Just go to check out and follow the instructions.

International Orders:
We currently ship to any of the 50 US States. We will do our best to accommodate orders outside of the US but regret that we cannot process these orders via on line shopping. Please email us at info@sozousa.com for further assistance. Note that shipping costs will be calculated from our US warehouse to the specified destination based on your shipping instructions.

Back Orders:
As hard as we try to keep item in stock, we may occasionally underestimate the popularity of our products. We trust you’ll find our products worth the wait.

Sales Tax:
We collect sales tax 6.35% on all items shipped to Connecticut addresses.

Payment Options:
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover card.

Ordering Confirmations:
You will receive an email confirmation from us after ordering to confirm reception of your order.

II. SECURITY/PRIVACY POLICY:

Secure Shopping:
Thanks for shopping at sozousa.com. For your security, order on our site are encrypted with SSL technology on both the client and server end. Your information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to our server only.

If you’re still concerned about ordering electronically, you can place your order by phone at 860-673-0396 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday EST.

Your Privacy:
If, for any reason, you would like to be removed from our email list, please email info@sozousa.com.

III.SHIPPING AND RETURNS:

Shipping Methods and Costs:
If you select standard shipping for your order, in-stock items should be received within 5-7 business days. We also offer Priority overnight that delivers by 12 p.m. the next business day, Standard overnight that delivers by 5 p.m. the next business day, and 2nd day and 3rd day, which both deliver by 5 p.m. Order placed after 10 a.m. EST will be processed the next morning.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your chosen method of transportation, the weight and size of the product you order and your ship to address. Shipping values will be calculated for you at check out.

Ground shipping is available for select areas in Hawaii and Alaska. If this is not available in your zip code, please contact customer support for other options.

Returns or Exchanges:
We understand that for whatever reason, sometimes things don’t work out. We are happy to accept returns of new, unused merchandise purchased from sozousa.com for a full refund, replacement, or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please email info@sozousa.com or call 860-673-0396 for further assistance. Please note you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us.

Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, specialty stores, or other online merchandisers whether by oneself or received as a gift, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the original retailer.

VII.MY ACCOUNT:

How We Use Information:
Information that you supply to us while shopping (email address, telephone numbers, addresses, etc.) is used to assist us with shipping orders to you. When necessary, we will use this information to contact you regarding your order.

Financial information collected on the site (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing addresses, etc.) is used solely for billing purposes.

Should you sign up for our email list, you will receive information from us about special sales, exclusive offers and new products.

Your email address will not be shared with any other companies.

Tracking an order:
Upon shipping your order, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation. This email will contain a Fedex tracking number and a link to the Fedex site. Once on the Fedex site, you can easily track your order.
